Time schedule:
8:30 - 10:00 - theoretical part
10:00 - 11:00 - Warm Up (Practice)
11:00 - 12:00 - COOL DOWN (Practice) Demonstrations of basic exercises to maintain coordination on solid, balance targets
Included:
- theoretical scripts that contain tips for Warm Up and Cool Down
- Description of basic fit exercises suitable for home training, to maintain fitness
