In today's world, we are used to working mainly with our heads.
Plan, analyze, evaluate.
But when we start making decisions through the body, something fundamentally changes.
Our meeting is an invitation to experience something we weren't taught at school.
And how to be connected while still being yourself.

➤19:00 – 20:00 – Meeting in movement with Lenka - a guided lesson on how to connect with others in movement
➤20:00 – 20:15 – Final circle with mantras
➤20:15 – 22:00 – Shared feast and free connection

I am teacher of spontaneous ecstatic dance Movement Medicine and somatic therapist. Through movement, I create a space where depth meets lightness, ritual meets joy, and silence meets ecstasy. You can relax, let yourself be guided and reconnect with the dancer in you.
➤Lenka Brandtnerová
I conduct movement workshops and am an embodiment coach. In my workshops, I lead into the body, to relaxation, awareness and connection. I'm fascinated by what changes when we stop analyzing and begin to perceive what our body is saying.
You don't need to know how to dance.
Just come and perceive what's happening.
You might be surprised how easy and fulfilling it is to be in touch - when you're in the body.
