About event
ATTENTION: news and free admission ❗
For the first time on the Metropolis stage the legendary American band Warrior Soul arrives. The band was born in 1987 in New York at the behest of their vocalist and leader Kory Clarke. In 1990 they released their first album "Last Decade Dead Century", a job that reveals the band's talent to the world and the poetic and desperate vein of Clarke and gives the band an immediate success. Their sound with multiple facets ranging from metal, punk, passing through hardcore and the most street hard rock accompanied by committed texts that tell strictly stories of despair and life to the margins of the company giving voice to the last and transforming it into a cry of anger, in short, the other side of America. New Republic "and in 1992 the band released its third work" Salutations from the Ghetto Nation "considered their absolute masterpiece and one of the most important albums of the 90s and not only and shows all the danger of a band lined up against the rotten and corrupt system, an accusation act that does not admit replicas. The following year the new "chill pill" work is released in which the sound becomes more lysergic followed in 94 by "The Space Age Playboys" in which the sounds move towards a more punk sound even if strongly metallic.
In 1995 the band melts and then returns to the scenes in 2009 with "Destro the War Machine" a direct album by Puro Rock'n'roll All speed, another 5 albums will be followed and their latest "out on bail" work in 2022.
Today's Warrior Soul show that they are still a dangerous band with their charge of abrasive hard rock and punk and to have the extreme and protest attitude unchanged of those who do not give up and will never do so to a dirty, rotten and corrupt world as we will have the opportunity to ascertain during their live. Helligators with their Hard'n'Heavy rich in groove and power, a very active band in the Roman circuit that over the years has been able to conquer a not indifferent sequel and which during its history has released three fulls and an EP well welcomed by critics and fans. The Blax also of the game with their Gothic Hard Rock, a very active band in the live location with various concerts and participation in several festivals around Europe. To date, the band has released its debut album "Meravilia" in 2022 and the release of the new work "Certtesia" is imminent. Open of the evening will be Radio 8, their sound is a mix of hard rock, punk, rock garage and rock'n'roll classic. The band has an EP, a full.length and a live album.
