We spend a few hours a day in the warm water and also time for integration in the group room. The relaxation and follow-up on land helps to understand and integrate the healing processes opened in the water.

Aqua-Release® is a gentle revolution in self-awareness and psychotherapy, a deep healing work for the soul. The elements are bio-release massage, deep relaxation, contact exercises. It is play and sustained movement in the warm water with gentle support for mental solution and healing processes on land.
