What do you serve your vegan guest?

Are you a food adviser or Zandvoor? Then come on Wednesday 10 September from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM to the Dakkas in Haarlem . This event is part of the national waste -free week, a week full of activities and initiatives against food waste. In an inspiring morning you discover how you can make your offer more sustainable with small steps and make it more attractive for the growing group of vegetable eaters.

During this event:

• you receive fresh ideas for a permanent experience of others
entrepreneurs
• Greendish tells about a unique, free guidance process of 6 months
• there is a guest contribution from Kennemer Impact about impact entrepreneurship
will end with a sammer of the firstwood from the whole of a blinds of the first. (oyster mushrooms grown on coffee grounds)

About the Greendish guidance trajectory:

Municipality of Haarlem previously worked on a circular food system with local hospitality system. In 2024 took eight Haarlem catering establishments to this route. Together they realized:

• 3.516 kilos Less food waste
• CO₂ emissions
• > Saved water
• More than € 23,000 Saved on purchasing and costs

Now the municipality of Haarlem wants to make even more impact - and expand the process. This year 10 Haarlem hospitality entrepreneurs, care institutions and/or catering companies can participate. During the inspiration event, Greendish explains the design, expectations and participation in the process. If you are a food provider from Heemstede, Bloemendaal or Zandvoort, then we would like to talk to you to see what is possible.
