Water Damage + B4

Maximal repetition. Minimal deviation. Water Damage, an experimental bunch of Austin, builds on hypnotizing repetitiveness and monolithic instrumental drones. The format of the composition breaks down in favor of transcendental noise flows that seem to have no beginning or end. Spray Paint, Black Eyes, Swans, USA/Mexico, More Eaze, Thor & Friends, Marriage and Sur in the interplay of two to three roaring sets of drums and pairs of guitars, keys and violin. As soon as the idea is born, they are persecuted indefinitely - Pitchfork called their last year's double album in e "a solemn deletion of the mind". The destruction is creeping, the forest turns into a mountain, and believers walk on. There is also a Prague stop at MeetFactory, where September 8 will play their historically first Czech concert. Since then, the B4 core has been the keyboardist David Freudl, guitarist Tomáš Procházka and drummer Leoš Kropáček. Its traditional sound, for many years using Vermon's historical analog organ, Korg and Sel, tape echo and other effects, now enrich the instruments and instruments of contemporary, real and virtual instruments. B4 is the winner of the Vinyla Award for the Album of the Year in 2011 and 2019. Their latest Mazut album was published at the Polí5 publishing house in June 2025.
