Orchestra Barock-Sommer brings Georg Friedrich Händel's beautiful "Water Music" to life. "Water Music" consists of three suites that Handel originally composed for a royal boat trip on the Thames. The work has retained its timeless charm ever since and continues to enchant audiences around the world with sparkling melodies and harmonies that evoke the feeling of celebration and grandeur. This festivity will be further underlined by the young, very talented Gerardo Gianolio, who will also perform Torelli's Trumpet Concerto in D on natural trumpet.
