Discussions and lectures
About event
After more than four years, WebElement returns to Prešov. You will have the opportunity to regularly attend lectures and interesting discussions in the field of IT, startups and business in the premises of the Wave club.
At the next event, Martin Rázus, CTO of Cequence, a community activist and passionate problem solver, will present himself with a lecture:
It is easier to launch a startup 🚀 or run a marathon 🏃♂️ ➡️?
The second lecture will be more technical, from the world of relational databases. If your app is slow 🐢, there are several reasons that could be causing it. One of them is unoptimized database queries and database structure. Fero Ferenčík, lead developer of Cequence, will tell you how to deal with this in his lecture:
Database indexes - small change, big impact ⚡️.
Come not only for the lectures, there will definitely be a good discussion and exchange of experiences.

We look forward to seeing you 🤩.
