🟡 14:35 - 15:05 Katarína Medveďová, lecturer really healthy school, o.z.
Gastra experience gained in cooperation with cooks Jaroslav Žídek, Norwegian chef Daniél Madsen, or Mark Paval. Also in Vienna with photographer and foodstylist magazine Gusto, Stefan Lievehra. He is devoted to the creation of recipes and foodstyling, as well as experiential education in the field of diet and popularization of a healthy diet. The Council also works with older children. It is particularly interested in the topic of family diet vs. School meals and trends in this area. She graduated from journalism at FFUK, distance secondary school Kuchár and also distance study at the University of Utrecht in the field of sustainability in eating.
🟡 15:05 - 15:30 Veronika Debnáriková, school coordinator Truly Healthy School, o.z.
studied the Department of People at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra. Her final work focused on comparing school meals of children in a private and state kindergarten, which gave her important insight into the differences and possibilities of improvement in this area. Already at that time she was sure that her way was the nutrition of children and work in the field of school catering. At a really healthy school, she was intrigued by the linking of nutrition with practical improvement in school canteens. By not only the nutrition itself, but also the improvement of the diet culture, this work makes sense to it and it is motivated to work to eat healthy and taste healthy in schools.
