Short annotation: Webinar for all women who are constantly spinning in the carousel of diets and overeating, make strict rules about food and want to live a life that will not only revolve around food and exercise. We will look at topics such as: what are the reasons for overeating, what is physiological and emotional hunger, what are the levels of recovery, what is the mindset - all or nothing - and more.
