About event
The teaching profession is undoubtedly very demanding. The school is not only about the transfer of knowledge, but also about the education of a new generation and the development of key competencies. Obviously, everything works better in an environment where both pupils and teachers feel good. Therefore, it is worth investing in building positive relationships.
We will focus on the school as a linked ecosystem where it has the interaction between pupils and teachers/kami a key influence on the overall well -being of both actors. As part of this topic, we will introduce you a unique coaching card for teachers from our works that:
- contribute to increasing the motivation and active involvement of pupils in the classroom,
- strengthening individual responsibility,
- will improve relationships in class teams, including the pupil's relationship, and the teacher and the teacher,
- they have a preventive effect against negative phenomena in the school team,
- contribute to the sense of safety and belonging to all actors,
- reduce the degree of stress.
What will the webinar bring you?
- a practical tool for supporting well-bes of teachers/Lek and pupils including instructions.
