DJ Mary Worthy brings her No Skips Album: Unspoken. Many times in life there are no words to express what’s trapped inside. What’s tense in you (shoulders, legs, chest, back, jaw, pelvis, spine, neck, etc) that you need to move through your body on the dance floor. What will you witness as others move? How will you be moved even if you just come to rest or nap?
