Wednesday en Barcelona

Describing someone what Wednesday sounds like a much less easy task than it may seem at first. You can talk about distortion, the feedback layers and layers that accumulates the Asheville quintet, a vocal timbre that moves between the slker and the tear. Of glass guitars that, however, have the ability to stretch and stretch without cracking until the song exceeds five minutes. Of its strategic position as a link in the North American Alt-Rock tradition chain. With them not everything is what it seems. The group that commands Karly Hartzman always keeps a fascinating musical secret: like those families that safeguard a truculent mystery generation after generation. Wednesday know more than us; They know more than the rest. Wednesday will present Bleeds, their new album, next winter in Madrid and Barcelona: they will perform on February 15 in Copernicus and on February 16 at La Nau.
