Loneliness is usually not recognizable from the outside. And not something that people easily talk about. Because of the era in which we now live, with social media and influencers it is even more difficult to get out of it, because everyone apparently looks "happy".
to be able to share how you really feel, you can experience connection with others. We do this in the groups of Centram/ Neighborhood Team. For example, we have a women's circle, men's circle and a mother group. "I feel more consciously connected in the neighborhood and more open in contact," one of the participants said afterwards.
