Well-be-in 2025 Brno

✈️ Friends, colleagues, the beginning of the year is over, but for those of you who missed the first opportunity to trip for Well-Be-in-2025, come to have a new opportunity. My heart workshop on the topic that I teach, but also develop, this time in the center in the center of Brno, BBCACHING - Bára Bělová.

🖼️ It has been almost a tradition that after the New Year we meet over photos or creative cards and co -create space for mutual sharing and inspiration over our stories. Let's try it, it's a great ride. And in Ostrava we did it immensely.

👯 and watch out until January 24. The workshop will only be for a small group, in the beautiful Janáček Office. They felt good.

✍ before the workshop you will make a small homework at home, with respect to the time we have prepared and then reflect, share, work with your photos and stories, write a little and plan a new Year, looking for resources, support and set out specific steps that will allow us to experience the next year without the hats so that it is a ride.

👍 , the number of places is limited, the windows are almost occupied by the window.
