In search of beauty // heaviness since 2019.
Weltschmerzen is again calling for a luxurious party, label showcase, get-together and friendly micro-festival in one before the end of the year.
We will hear a lot of intense music, celebrate and take stock of everything that happened to us in the past year (and what awaits us in the coming months). Expect an escalating lineup consisting of the best // most up-to-date Weltschmerzen artists, plus an exclusive guest from Copenhagen, Denmark (whose concert we wanted to do in Slovakia since we founded Weltschmerzen).
This time we'll see you in Nova Cvernovka!

CTM ///
CTM is a singer, cellist and composer from Copenhagen. Her music moves between pop sensibility, experimentation and poetic intimacy. Her album Suite for a Young Girl was nominated for the Nordic Music Prize (2017), followed by Red Dragon (our very favorite album from the Posh Isolation label), Celeste, Babygirl and the latest Vind (2023) – twelve compositions for cello that connect rhythm, memory and dream.
CTM is also known for collaborations with artists such as Croatian Amor, Ydegirl, Soho Rezanejad, Choir of Young Believers or August Rosenbaum and projects as TLF Trio (Sweet Harmony, 2022). Her performances combine sound, body and space - most recently in the performance "Bow" presented at the Berlin Atonal and the Munch Museet.
At Weltschmerzen Showcase she will perform as a foreign special guest together with Jakob Littauer on piano.

Patrick Cingeľ's project - Pancage is a dream experiment between songwriting and ambient, which uses immersion in sound and emotions. Until now, Patrik moved around the scene like a gray eminence and managed foreign concerts from behind the sound mixer, for example as a permanent part of the crew around "our" Viktor Ori. In April 2024, he released a beautiful, fragile EP Tones of Disquiet on Weltschmerzen, he is currently working on another EP, which will be released at the turn of 25/26. In recent months, Patrik has also started to appear on stages with his own original set, which we are very happy about!

Once musical partners, later soloists, will reunite in one performance at our showcase, where they will second each other and perform their original songs. Do not miss this unique opportunity to see them together again.
Veronika Lečková Seppová released the double single Zelená // Malé mesto in the early days of Weltschmerzen, she collaborated with Tomáš on the album Hmota (Slnko records).
Tomáš Prištiak released in 2021 experimental song-album dog-rose, in addition, together with Dominik Suchy and Matúš Mordavský, he is part of both the label and the projects Pain Palace and Weltschmerzen.

MARS_999
MARS_999 is the solo project of Juraj Péč, better known on the SK scene as the founder and frontman of the band Čisté Tvary. After working in the band (from 2000 to the present), he decided to continue in parallel with the band in his independent musical work, in which he combines elements of alternative pop, experimental electronics, noise and ambient. His work is characterized by a combination of analog synthesizers, guitar motifs, sound experiments with an emphasis on the visual side. He released his debut album Euphonia on October 30. In Nova Cvernovka, songs from another upcoming album, which will be released on Weltschmerzen at the beginning of the year, will also be heard. 2026, in which Dominik Suchý participated in production and sound.

Zaffer 9 ///
Zaffer 9 bring tenderness to aggressive chaos, creating a sound that is as emotional as it is confrontational. Their performances are an explosion of raw energy - they combine attacking beats, dark, even magical synthesizers and vocals that hover on the edge between a hug and a slap. The duo consisting of Helena Hájková and Viktor Jenčuš moves between experimental electronics and dark club aesthetics spiced with spiritual songs based on folklore. Their audiovisual work reveals intimacy and vulnerability, although at first glance it seems disturbing and uncompromising.
On Weltschmerzen, they released their last (and first full-length) album MOTHER LODE in June 2025, as well as their very first release, the EP MILK (2023).

Further Down ///
Further Down is David Tiché's solo project, which creates brutalist and at the same time, beautiful walls of sound using analog synthesizers, cassette loops and feedback wailing, complemented by noise boxes from the workshop of the legend of the autumn, Petr Válek. The result is a maximalist ambient – dense, layered and relentlessly absorbing silence.
In June 2026, he released his latest album The Next Last Day on Weltschmerzen in cooperation with the Czech collective Anabasis, which we definitely recommend in the dry autumn.

on_drwej is the solo project of Ondrej Mankovecký, in which he combines the raw energy of tekno, the chaotic power of power electronics, uncompromising textures of harsh noise and overdubbed, wild vocals to dystopian ritual of sonic aggression. In a live setting, he focuses on an intense, physical experience of music - a combination of extreme sound and raw live performance.
At the turn of 25/26, he releases a new EP on Weltschmerzen.
