Wenn du einen Wal sehen willst

A performative piece of object theater for children ages 4 and up based on the children's book of the same name by Julie Fogliano and Erin E. Stead

“If you see a whale If you want to see, turn both eyes to the sea...and wait...and wait...and wait..." . But just waiting can be quite boring and tiring. Luckily, there are things like fragrant roses, bizarre cloud formations, a pirate ship or a pelican and green crawling in the grass that distract us from waiting and tempt us to daydream. Did this mean we missed the whale? Will we still see the longed-for whale in the end?

The production is supported by the Treptow-Köpenick District Office of Berlin
