The 20th March is known as the international day of happiness. This is celebrated annually since the summer of 2012, when the 193 Member States of the General Meeting of the United Nations unanimously assumed the relevant UN resolution. The initiative started with a proposal from Iraq and Bhutan. Bhutan is known worldwide as a country where lucky is higher than money or ... prestige.

The Flexbieb has invited two lucky experts especially for this international day of happiness to talk to each other. The subject: 'Working on working happiness'. How do you ensure that you and your colleagues get more satisfaction from your daily work?

Nadine de Bree-Kisoen is program manager sustainably at the work of the municipality of Amsterdam. With her team, she pays a lot of attention to the vitality and, in a broader sense, the happiness of employees. How do they increase their self -insight? They are pointed out to the importance of making choices themselves and see how they can influence their work happiness themselves.

Eveline Helmink is team coach, writer and former editor-in-chief of the Happinez magazine. A few years ago Happinez developed the online training "Happy @Work" for his audience. A clear trend arose: growth, well -being and meaningful life were no longer seen as a private matter, something for outside office hours. Working on well -being - and therefore being able to experience happiness from satisfaction and health - also offers employers noticeable benefits: productivity is rising, the absence is falling.

Of course there is plenty of opportunity during the evening for visitors to talk to Eveline and Nadine.
