About event
Can you win this year's Whamageddon?? Or will you end up in Whamhall? And who will you take with you?
GAME RULES:
1) The game starts on 1/12/2024 at 0:00, i.e. the beginning of December, and ends on 25/12/2024 at 0:00, i.e. at the end of Christmas Day
2) For the duration of the game, contestants must not hear a single bit of Wham's Christmas hit Last Christmas!
3) Any part counts songs and in any length
4) The live version of the song performed by Wham! is also counted
5) Remixes and cover versions from other artists are not counted, only the original song from 1986
6) If you see e.g. part of a video clip or live performance, but you don't hear the sound, you don't lose
7) If you lose, you must write #Whamageddon on your social networks, and ideally in this group
8l If you last a week, you can use the title of Whamadawan
If you last two weeks, you can use the Whamaster title
If you last three weeks, you can use the Whaminator title
9) If you lose, you go to Whamhalla, where you can fight with other fallen comrades to share the stories of your losses. You can also try to trap other players and force them to listen to Last Christmas
10) It is forbidden to send links to the song or its hidden versions to this event. It is forbidden to force other players to listen to the song.
11) On the contrary, it is allowed (and recommended) to use guerilla methods. Be creative. Use private messages, voicemails or personal meetings. If a player gets knocked out by a well thought out prank, he will gain more fame in Whamhall than if he hears a song over the loudspeaker in a mall.
12) Share the event, invite other fighters. You can join the game later if you haven't heard Last Christmas since the beginning of December!
