Especially when it comes to the topic of intimacy and sexuality, we often not only lack the right words, but often also the basis for making a coherent decision for one's own desires.
໑ How can I free myself from the expectations of others and get closer to my own sensual core again?
໑ How does it feel to really have a choice?
໑ How do I find appropriate words that reflect my deepest desires?
This seminar gives you the opportunity to explore the dynamics of mutual consensus and that is where play and enjoyment meet: a shared research space to practice feeling and expressing your desires more clearly .
We dedicate an entire weekend to these topics in a playful and entertaining but also intellectual way. It's about moving from thinking back to feeling and learning to listen to the wisdom of our body.

• How do I find out what my partner really wants?
• Why doesn't talking during sex have to be a pleasure killer?
• How do I become a good lover?
• Stop justifying yourself! Why “NO.” is a complete sentence.

• People who want to expand or conquer an environment , in which mindful touch plays a major role.
• Couples and individuals who want to improve the quality of their touch and expand their sensual vocabulary.
• People who want an approach to the topic of consensus - whether for the bedroom, the workplace or the discussion at the kitchen table.
• Body workers from the fields of physiotherapy/yoga/medicine/tantra/massage/sex work (and many more) who tailor their art of touch even more to the needs of theirs Clients want to align.

• We awaken our sensitivity and sensuality and learn to follow joy and enjoyment.
• We find out in a playful way what our counterpart really wants and play the “3-minute game”.
• We learn to perceive our own wishes in our bodies again and to trust them.
• We learn skills for self-empowerment and communication and try it out.
We share our experiences of what we have just experienced in sharing sessions.
• We explore different qualities of touch within the framework of our own limits and the limits of the people we meet.

• We'll go through the entire Wheel of Consent® diagram step by step and delve into the theoretical foundations of the concept behind it.< br/>• This seminar is not about an abstract moral concept, but rather about how consent can revolutionize our relationships with other people.
