freejazz trio in the occupation of accordion, double bass and drums has no long tradition. Obsidian, however, seems to have been one of such a tradition long ago - and at the same time it followed it with respect, contagious joy and love for common music. Powerful and grown passages intertwine with deep, meditative sound landscapes, which form the unique and unusual sounds of the Vojta Drnka accordion accordion, gentle, yet explosive drums Jan Leipnitz and a wide range of expressive options for contracted Isabel Rößler.
