Winter in Doka

Under the name Winter, singer-songwriter and guitarist Samira Winter has created her own niche with gloriously detailed and eclectic dream pop music. She grew up in Brazil and later moved to Los Angeles, where she immersed herself in the DIY rock scene and was inspired by the city's cosmic aura. Yet a move to New York City proved necessary for her personal development. That transition from coast to coast formed the basis for her new LP 'Adult Romantix', her debut with Winspear and successor to 'What Kind Of Blue Are You?', and a farewell letter to her beloved city.
