"We are Love in Motion" was the message that came to me on the last New Moon. ((( 🤎 ))) It felt like the perfect message to co-create this Special Event with Maisha Cobra.
We will gather on the day of the Winter Solstice, the shortest day, the longest night to explore through Somatic Yoga and movement how to access the Life Force and get a ground full of resources.☯️
We are energy moving. Life is flowing through us 🌀
Many people ask me how... Many people share with me feelings of disconnection, pain and anxiety. I was also there, I know that place and I have learned to resource myself, to slow down to listen deep within myself, my Voice, my soul, I have learned not to run away from what feels unbearable ( at the beginning )
I have learned that there are ways to Dance through and move the stagnant, the stuck. To disentangle the nots and free myself up to BE, the best version of myself, season after season.
I have also learned through the years, much more than a decade of traveling and encountering teachers humans and non-humans , that the Amazing Loving Mother Nature has for us Medicine in different forms.
CACAO is one of those warm and gentle Medicines.
So... For this Winter Solstice, I'm very pleased to invite you to a four hrs session ((( 🤎 )))
This time we will start at 10.30am with beautiful Maisha Cobra and her Cacao Cobra Ceremoon 😍 at the super cozy venue of @White Sage Therapy ✨🩵✨
