Winter Wonderland ft. Madeline Bell, James Carter & Marjorie Barnes

Ring in the holidays with 'Christmas Jazz at its finest'! The Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw celebrates Christmas with the most beautiful jazz standards and the legendary Christmas music of Ella (Fitzgerald) and Louis (Armstrong). After almost twenty years, the Jazz Orchestra and the American saxophonist James Carter are back on stage together, this time with the American singers Marjorie Barnes and Madeline Bell. Expect a concert with jazz classics from the 1950s and beautiful versions from the American Songbook, of course with a nod to Christmas.
