"The Time Was Tour 2026"
02/02/2026 • Berlin • Frannz Club
Admission: 7:00 p.m. • Start: 8:00 p.m.
WISHBONE ASH was founded in London in 1969 - right in the middle of the exciting early days of progressive rock. The British band took advantage of the creative climate of this era, developed a characteristic, melodic rock sound and established themselves as one of the most influential guitar bands in rock history. Powerful energy paired with catchy melodies made “The ASH” an exceptional live act that is now being rediscovered by a new generation of rock fans. Over the course of their career, the band repeatedly ventured into different styles - from folk, blues and jazz to hard rock and electronic influences. What always makes WISHBONE ASH unmistakable, however, is the harmonious interaction of their two lead guitars - a trademark that significantly inspired groups such as Thin Lizzy, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Iron Maiden and Opeth, among others. With their album “Argus” they finally set a musical monument.
