About event
Six dancers from different cultures share the empty stage. Through their movements they express how they see the world and their own bodies. The performance addresses the questions: What is cultural identity? What does community mean? And what connects people in a country? It's also about how people are made into scapegoats and therefore wrongly accused. This happens in many societies and ultimately affects everyone. Witch Hunting encourages us to think about fairness, solidarity and the concept of the “common good”. To express themselves, the dancers use various dance styles such as krumping, popping, hip-hop as well as traditional and urban African dances.
