About event
Doors 20:00
Music 20:30 - 00:00
Witches Brew is a series of improvised music sessions aiming towards more female, non-binary and gender fluid representation in the improvised music scene of The Netherlands.
The evening begins with an opening set led by a non-male musician; after that, the stage is open to everyone.
Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive space for all to express their musical identity, whilst opening a much-needed conversation about the male-dominated nature of the music scene.
Bring your instruments, voices and friends!
Opening set:
Linde Tillmans - piano
Ada Rave - saxophone
Suggested donation of 5€ - all contributions go to the musicians opening the session
