Woede en weemoed

Come and experience the intense emotions of anger and melancholy during our event - an evening full of passion, reflection and connection.

Anger and melancholy

Beethoven 5 is central, but in a surprising order. The expressiveness of each part is enhanced by works by Antonio Vivaldi, Anne Clyne, Dmitri Shostakovich and Krzystof Penderecki, and short spoken reflections on anger, melancholy and resignation.

A concert by the ABG Chamber Orchestra, with conductor Boudewijn Jansen, mezzo-soprano Ekaterina Leventhal and narrators.
