In our Woman Circle we create a protected space in which you can be yourself, with everything you are and bring with you.

Find mindful exchange with other women. Enjoy a guided meditation on the topic of the women's circle to listen to your inner wisdom. Connect more with your thoughts and feelings through journaling.

Immerse yourself in the gentleness of Yin Yoga and experience soft sounds during the soundbath.

The goal of my women's circles is to build a women's community in order to exchange ideas regularly!

Each circle stands on its own and can also be visited individually
