We intend to gather and show the talent of women of the whole of Spain, sharing our vision on the trends of the ICT sector and establishing strategies to empower them, such as the tenth DECALOGUE which was approved in the call last year of the days. We invite speakers of the State as a whole, “successful” women in the world of technology, so that through their example from their experiences and projects they serve as a mirror to other women to dare to lead projects in the ICT field. Because if they share their knowledge, we will promote talent and innovation. We want to take a step further and visualize the opportunities that women generates specifically, publicize this vision and experiences and thus take the opportunity to create with these days, a more social space, where the role of women is promoted and encourage them to take advantage of these opportunities, overcome difficulties, and create new ones. As the slogan of the days describes: we share knowledge, we generate innovation
