**Wonder Walk – Nature Experience by The Nature Connection**

Need to clear your head, breathe deeply, and meet like-minded people?
Join me for a *Wonder Walk* – a mindful walk through nature that invites you to slow down, look closer, and be amazed.

We’ll explore a hidden green gem of Amsterdam, nearby yet full of surprises. Expect birds of all feather, maybe even a fox, or a buzzard circling overhead. We’ll notice trees, flowers, animal tracks, and edible plants. Most of all, we’ll be together present with the moment.

These walks are inspired by **Mindfulness, Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing), and Nature Connection practices**. Together, they create a fun experience that awakens your senses, sparks curiosity, and helps you see the world around Amsterdam in a new light.
