25 years ago, seven young Berlin musicians lit a fire, nourished by their love of Caribbean music: reggae and Jazz. Soon the flames grew larger - sometimes combining into a major fire - sometimes into a cozy campfire. It found a permanent fire pit in Berliner Chocolate and also allowed many other stages and locations to burn. This fire was fueled and nurtured over a long period of time - supported by the love of music and numerous musical supporters. Wood matures, changes its structure and results in different flames. Thanks to the connection and appreciation, the fire continues to burn to this day, constantly changing in shape and color.
Over the years, it warmed the hearts of many who felt comfortable near it and feasted on it for decades. After 25 years, it's time to let the Wood In Di Fire fire burn again with everyone who fell under its spell. Come and warm yourself on November 14th and 15th at Berliner Chocolate.
