The embrace of the dark invites you to a deep examination of the shadow - the invisible, unspoken and untamed parts of you. At this workshop we will set out on a journey of darkness not like something that needs to be afraid, but as a place of depth, mystery and transformation. You will be guided to meet your edges, reveal hidden truths, and find the power that is to accept what often remains in the shade.
This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to pass through discomfort and resistance that turns them into gates for greater presence and authenticity. As part of 5 -rhythm®, we are invited to enter the embodiment of our shadows through movement. Stagnation and inertia (flow), stiffness and control (staccato), overload and disconnection (chaos), scattering and distraction (lyric), dullness and apathy (calm, silence) are some of the names we give these shadows. Let's examine the wisdom of our body and the alchemy of dance together. Enter the wealth of the unknown and discover the light that appears when you dare to accept the dark. with 5 -rhythm dance. However, we recommend that you have previously completed at least one open evening of 5 -rhythms. This workshop is counted as a 2.5 day to Waves - needed for a 5 -rhythm teacher training.
