Practical workshop on how to effectively manage projects and team using digital tools. To begin with, we will imagine platforms such as Asana, Trello or Miro, but deeper we will focus on the combination of Slack and Notion - a pair that can cover the entire life cycle of team collaboration. We will use as a central brain of the project - a tool through which comprehensive projects can be led: set goals, plan tasks, track milestones, share documentation, create databases and evaluate team progress.
The idea of how this tool can support team cooperation. We will introduce Slack in the form of demonstrations and practical examples that participants can later apply in their teams.
