About event
Daslookpesto is a true & healthy wild -picking delicacy, where you if you know how you can enjoy it all year round. And Daslook is now fully present in the city parks of Amsterdam, it grows everywhere between the trees. We pick Daslook with respect for nature and in such a way that the plant stays beautiful.
We also make fire with flints, and bins on sticks. We dip the sandwiches in 2 types of delicious Daslookpesto, of which 1 with, among other things, walnuts.
This workshop includes tasting, and each participant gets a jar of Daslookpesto home. If it is somewhat rainy, don't worry! Then we make the fire in a fire pit under the spacious shelter. Dresses warm!
Workshop teacher is Wildpluk Moos
