About event

Maturation, choice and standing contact. Emotional Playground II is a free continuation of the first format. It builds on experiences, insights and experiences from the first meeting - and takes them further.

It's not about more intensity. It is about more awareness, choice, responsibility and, above all, playfulness in contact with oneself and others.

It is possible to participate even without participating in the first event.

If Emotional Playground I was the opening of the field, then Emotional Playground II is its anchoring, cultivation and transfer to life.

Emotional literacy while standing
🧠🤸‍♂️ When the game moves from earth to life

In Emotional Playground I, we worked a lot with the earth - in safety, closeness and contact. In Emotional Playground II, we stand up.

And with that comes new qualities:
- greater visibility
- greater social pressure
- shame, comparison, evaluation
- questions like: "will I stand up?"
But this is where real life takes place.

👉 Emotional Playground II is a laboratory of the nervous system while standing and in a relationship.

What Emotional Playground II is about it really is
We don't learn to endure more. We learn to stay in touch even in intensity.

We will explore:

- how to slow down in the middle of the action
- how to work with the pause within the game
- how to stay in the breath instead of switching to performance
- how to distinguish impulse from choice
- how to enter - and how to allow yourself not to enter
In some exercises, the "victory" will be not losing your breath, not win.

How we work
The structure remains the same as in Emotional Playground I –
it just gets deeper and more precise.

🌿 Attunement to oneself
- return to the body
- breath, attention, internal signals
- anchoring while standing
🤝 Gentle contact while standing
- work with hands
- leading and following
- handing over initiatives
- conscious pause
- work with shame and gaze
🔥 More intense contact
- weight, pressure, space
- work in pairs and threes
- movement through space
- roughhousing while standing
🧠 Group dynamics
- watching as an active role
- support vs. evaluation
- when I enter, when I stay away
- how it happens in my body
🌊 Integration
- calming the nervous system
- bodywork
- structured reflection
- transfer to everyday life

✨ greater freedom of choice (yes / no / not now)
✨ greater confidence in standing – physically and emotionally
✨ deeper trust in your body and signals

🧩 Who will guide you through the workshop?
Jakub Otipka
founder of the Safety Academy and director of the Czech Krav Maga Association. He has long been devoted to personal safety, the psychology of conflict and the development of emotional resilience through the body and relationship. In his work, he combines physical movement, work with the nervous system, contact improvisation and guided roughhousing as a path to deeper self-knowledge and healthy boundaries. In the field of somatic and emotional work, he has long been learning and inspired by Dorothe Trassl's approach, which helps him connect the body, emotions and psyche in practical work with people. The Emotional Playground workshop is a natural outcome of his efforts to expand the concept of safety from a purely physical level to an emotional and relational one.

Eva Málková
Eva Málková works as a forest educator at LMŠ Země. She completed training in the E-motion method using movement, breath and work with the body to release stress, trauma and emotional blocks. He has been practicing dance and yoga for a long time.
