Workshop - Harmonizační orgánová sestava

Start and move fine energy in our body and activate the so -called fine body (subtle points). We will take the position in a slow breath rhythm and stay in them for a few minutes. Each position is beneficial for one body and then its pair body. It will not be demanding asanas, these are simple exercises in which the body does not unnecessarily overrun, but rather relax in these positions. We will work with fine energy that flows in our body in energy pathways called meridians.

- lungs and large intestine
- stomach and spleen
- heart and small intestine
- bladder and kidneys Gallbladder and liver

You will also deal with:

- organ clocks in winter Seasons of winter, shorter assembly asanas with emphasis on winter and assembly Makko-ho.
