Workshop: Hledání vlastní identity

Who am I? What parts of my identity make me? The Arteterapeutic Workshop Finding your own identity offers a safe space to discover itself through artistic expression. It is a great way to explore and express your inner thoughts and feelings about who you are and how you perceive yourself. Through colors, shapes and intuitive creation we will explore our inner worlds, look for connection with our identity and strengthen self -confidence. It does not matter your artistic abilities - the process, experience and the opportunity to capture your feelings without words is important. Come and create your own visual story and find new ways to understand yourself. Let's stop for a moment and relax from everyday duties and give time to yourself.
The program takes place in cooperation with the Teva Center - https://tevacentrum.cz/ .
