Workshop IA: Redefiniendo el Futuro del Trabajo

IE Masterclass: Discover one of our teachers

For more than 50 years, IE University, through its Senior Management programs, has trained professionals and entrepreneurs who seek to take a definitive step in their career. As we want you to be the next to give it, we invite you to attend the workshop that we organize on October 9 with Bernardo Crespo Professor of IE Business School.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

The objective of the session is to invite you to reflect – without artifice – on the paradigm shift that the emergence of Artificial Intelligence represents in the executive professional world, innovation and the future of professions.

We live in an era in which trust in talent is no longer necessarily on the side of large corporations. We face big questions:

• How to draw a career roadmap in the era of generative AI?
• Does the proliferation of intelligent agents lead us towards a utopian or dystopian future?
• Is cognitive offloading due to prolonged use of AI redrawing the talent map?
• How can we reinvent ourselves and not lose the pace of change?
• Has there been such a profound and rapid change before in history?

An open, provocative and necessary workshop for those who want to understand (and lead) the future.
