Workshop from the cycle Healthy Movement and Wisdom of the Body connecting healthy functional movement and fluid organic movement (liquid) according to the seasons and five elements. In March, we enter the period that is attributed to the element of wood and paired organs Gallbladder and the liver. The whole practice will be accompanied by the theme of elasticity, throughput, rooting and disbalance of the wood element in the body. We will taste feelings of strength and flexibility in the body, which are based on our "roots". We will try on our own body, how much vital energy will relax in us after the safe showing of rage and healthy aggression.
