🥬👩 Monday March 17th will include a vegalita lounge of the fermentation workshop! 🌱 The event will take place as part of this year's Veganfest. The company has been running for seventeen years and is currently the holder of the Golden title Czech Vegan Restaurant Awards 2024! 🌟
Jiřina has a lot of experience with fermentation, whether at home or directly in the "vegal", where he developed a unique kimcilada years ago - a special mixture of fermented vegetables and seaweed. 🌿🥬 You can buy here all year in the company!
The curtain of kimcilada production will not let you, but the Korean fermented vegetables will definitely be said! 🥢 We will learn the principles of fermentation, its benefits, look at the ideal ingredients and discuss the most common mistakes. There will also be a few recipes! 📚🍲
🫙 Take a clean glass jar (with a lid) with a capacity of about 300 ml. You will take away a unique food souvenir from the workshop, which will be ready to taste in a few days!
