Workshop: Keď raz budú chodiť vtáky do galérie

Turčianska gallery invites you to a family workshop "When once they go to the Gallery Birds" as part of the project a statue in the city - I want to hear the dust set, which will be led by sculptor Martin Hrvol. In the garden of the gallery, the creation of bird boxes and feeders will become a space for playing with imagination. Instead of traditional houses, small architecture and objects are created in which the functionality of poetics encounters. Wood cuttings, prisms or plywoods will be transformed into dream buildings - a hybrid between the statue, refuge and the gesture of hospitality to nature.

The workshop is designed for children and adults. It is an invitation to experience the creative process in which the craft work blends with artistic imagination and the material gets a new sense. It examines his work transformation of space and memory, fragillity of ecosystems and the relationship of man to the environment. His objects balance between the monument and the habitat - they are subtle interventions that materialize time, fragility and ecological experience. He exhibited in Slovakia and abroad; In the Turčian Gallery, he presented, for example, the project of the Garden of the Prekariate (2022), which themed the shared vulnerability of nature and society.
