About event
In this workshop we make Kimchi; With Chinese cabbage as the main component. Kimchi is a superfood, because of the fermentation process, probiotics arise that ensure a strong intestinal system. And it's nice too! A wonderfully spicy snack or as a side dish.
Each participant gets a jar of Kimchi home.
