About event
We have another workshop from the cycle Healthy Movement and Wisdom of the Body connecting healthy functional movement and fluid organic movement (liquid) according to the seasons and five elements.
The month of October represents the period to which the Earth element and the internal body of the stomach are attributed. An element that has a leading role between all elements because it is their source. The country, our mother, not only gives us food - the earth is our support, we stand on it and rest on it. The rotation of our planet around its own axis, alternation of the day and night, relates to all cycles in nature, including the cycles of men and women. The whole practice will be accompanied by the topic of nutrition and grounding. Let's try that the movement coming from the bones is different from the only muscles. We will taste the feeling that being in our bones is very important for our perception, sensoric proprioception and feeling "feel good here on the ground". (Dysfunction of liver, gallbladder, stomach and pancreas, cramps or intestinal inflammation), with sore joints and as a prevention of osteoporosis, with natural rhythms and cycles in the body ....
