Workshop on sexual and reproductive rights Pride Košice 2025 🌈

👉 In cooperation with the option, we invite you to workshop on sexual and reproductive rights, which opens this topic in a playful and non-violent way. Participants will be able to verify their knowledge, learn new information and at the same time discuss the topics relating to health, safety, gender equality and personal rights.
The workshop will also address the question of abortion, especially obstacles faced by people who want to undergo safe abortion. The aim of the workshop is not only to educate, but also to break down myths, to open space for questions and support the open, respectful discussion. - psychotherapist and expert in working with trauma, women and children experiencing violence, people from LGBTI+ community and people in toxic relationships. It has long been operating in the field of human rights protection and prevention of violence. She is currently working on the support line of the organization option to provide women and girls with safe sharing space and offers expert advice on sexual and reproductive rights, mental support and accompanying in crisis situations. It was part of several national and international projects aimed at supporting marginalized groups and raising awareness of gender equality. resistance. From the beginning, he has been systematically improving the protection of reproductive rights and health in Slovakia. Since 2023, it has been running a service to facilitate access to safe abortions. In addition to reproductive health, he also deals with the prevention of gender -related violence or the application of the gender point of view in public policies. It responds to political decisions with discriminatory impacts and brings proposals for a change. It comments on legislative materials, organizes mass comments, public protests, implements research, monitors the situation and inform the public and international organizations. He leads dialogue with state and public institutions, with politicians and politicians, works in participatory bodies, most active in the Council of the Government of the Slovak Republic for Human Rights, National Minorities and Gender Equality. In order to activate as many people as possible to protect human rights and gender equality, it organizes experiential gender trainings. The choice is the organization with the greatest experience in the realization of gender education of adults in Slovakia and the widest portfolio of educational programs for various target groups, including politicians and politicians. In its activities, it is consistently based on international human rights conventions and promotes solutions to achieve gender equality and protection of human rights as key social values. Their aim is that Slovakia is a fair and caring country where all people can live a dignified life.
