The two -day MasterClass workshop focusing on the theme of a physical and situational comedy led by Mates Petrák, actor, mime and clown, who specializes in authorial movement and new circus. As part of the workshop, participants will be acquainted with the foundations of the structure of the gag and its anatomy. It will also focus on falling technology and the principles of physical comedy for the aim of developing the physical complexity of the acting expression.🤸🏽

Mates Petrák successfully completed the master's degree in the field of non -verbal theater at the Music and Dance Faculty of the Academy of Music Arts in Prague. During his studies he followed the cooperation with the Losers Cirque Company and as a mime and clown he performed at several international festivals, including Finland, where he became a member of a long -term collaborator outside the party Company. Its interpretation includes its work at the National Theater, the Minor Theater, the Summer Stage of the Kampa Museum and the Summer Shakespeare Festival. Mates is known for its versatility and ability to combine different forms of movement art. His solo projects include the author's production Pilgrimage or Memento Mori, which shows their strong grotesqueness that Pantomime is still an attractive genre addressing contemporary audiences.
