About event
We invite you to the Samba workshop.
Samba is a rhythmic dance full of sunshine, joy and optimism. It is supposed to stimulate your body so that you forget all your daily worries. Brazil is famous for samba even more than coffee. The most associated city is Rio de Janeiro, although samba has its roots in Africa.
The word samba comes from the Portuguese word semba and translates to divine dancer. There are many variations of samba. Among the most famous is the carnival samba, which you can see at carnivals in Brazil.
With us you have a unique opportunity to learn the famous dance with our excellent instructor. No need to have a dance partner. You will learn a few basic steps and figures that will result in a very beautiful dance.
