How to understand the phenomenon of self-harm in young clients and how to work with it therapeutically? We invite you to a professional workshop led by Mgr. Sylvie Tichotová, PhD.
The workshop combines theoretical knowledge with practical training. We will focus on differential diagnosis as a guide for therapeutic considerations and place everything within the framework of gestalt therapeutic concepts - especially the contact cycle and contact styles.
What awaits you at the workshop?
Theoretical basis: Differential diagnosis and intervention.
Gestalt perspective: Working with the contact cycle in clients with self-harm.
Practical part: Self-experiential and practice blocks.
Sharing good practice: Specific therapeutic interventions and case studies.
Who is the workshop intended for?
The seminar is open to students and graduates of gestalt training. The condition for participation is current work with clients (previous experience directly with self-harming clients is not necessary).
Lecturer:
Mgr. Sylvie Tichotová, PhD. – child psychologist, gestalt therapist and supervisor with extensive experience in the healthcare and non-profit sector.
