The discovery of the new approach to Pesso Boyden Psychomotor Psychotherapy (PBSP) 🧶 and try simple self -reflection exercises that will help you better understand how you are doing in interpersonal relationships and what you need for your personal growth. ✨️
👉 You give up space for sharing and using various techniques you get a new, positive experience of interaction that works well, as well as space for exploring how it happens.
👉 Group will be led by doc. Dana Moree Dr., Supervisor, Coach and Joker of the Theater of the Pancked. He teaches at Charles University at the Department of Humanities. He is an expert in leadership of self -experience groups and has a deep understanding for working with the Vietnamese community.
👉PBSP is a method aimed at connecting body and emotions. It helps people better understand their experiences and life patterns. Using special exercises, they try to look at normal life situations from a different perspective and accompany these awareness with new experiences.
