• Does your back, shoulders, hips, bunion hurt?

• Do you suffer from carpal tunnels, diastasis, tennis elbow?< br/>
Have you been advised to exercise regularly, but you haven't gotten around to it yet, or do you exercise irregularly and don't really know what?
In that case, you've come to the right place.
I will teach you how to exercise the spiral stabilization of the spine (SPS), or the SM-system. The method of MUDr. Richarda Smíška has already helped many patients with pain in the musculoskeletal system, and it also proves itself in prevention and regeneration for athletes or anyone with a sedentary job.
At the 3-hour Ateliér SM-SYSTEM workshop for BEGINNERS, I will teach you a basic set of 5 exercises , which you can practice well at home.
A short lecture is also included, during which we will explain the basic principles methods, causes of back pain and how spiral stabilization helps in the treatment of back pain.
After the workshop, there is also a bonus video lesson for practicing at home, because the SM SYSTEM is recommended to be practiced daily and not everyone remembers everything immediately.
After completing this course, you can also join a group exercise or a follow-up INTENSIVE workshop with an emphasis on repetition and correction of exercises.
The exercise is suitable for everyone including seniors, athletes and pregnant women.
There are no more than 10 trainees in the group to ensure quality support. Although it is a group exercise, I pay attention to each exerciser individually.
If you have an X-ray or magnetic resonance imaging and a medical report available, you can bring it with you.
